About Us

Our chocolate is handmade in Dexter, Michigan and the fermentation quality and drying of the beans is monitored by us in Ecuador. We make our chocolate with only three ingredients: our own cocoa liquor, our own cocoa butter (if needed) and organic evaporated cane juice. No additives.
