We guarantee that you will be fully satisfied with the products that you order from Mindo Chocolate Makers.
If you experience a problem with any of our products, customer service or shipping, please let us know and we will fix the problem. We offer a full refund if you are dissatisfied with any of our products for any reason.
HOT WEATHER DELIVERY POLICY
From April-September there will be an additional shipping charge for cool packing your chocolate and expedited shipping. No ground shipping available between April and September.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
If an item is in stock we can ship same day if order is placed before 10:30 am EST. This includes shipping within Continental U.S. only.
We ship only to street addresses (no P.O. boxes). Please be sure to include the correct apartment or suite number. For gifts please supply the recipient's correct address.
Orders received before 12:00 PM (PST) will normally be sent out the same or following business day. However, in some cases it can take up to 3 business days before your order is shipped.
Shipping options and rates vary by the season. We offer three shipping options:
Overnight - Delivery the following business day before 2:00 PM (EST)
2nd Day - Delivery within 2 business days before 2:00 PM (EST)
Ground - Delivery within 1-5 business days. (during cool weather only)
If your order needs to arrive before a particular holiday, please refer to our holiday shipping schedule.
TO REQUEST A FUTURE DELIVERY DATE
We welcome requests to have an order delivered on a particular date. To request a future delivery date, please specify the date you would like the package to arrive in the comments section during check out. Please adhere to the following guidelines to ensure on-time delivery.
Guidelines for Guaranteed Delivery Dates
The order must be placed at least 5 business days before it is expected to arrive at its final destination. See policy for holiday deliveries.
In order for a package to arrive on an exact date, it must be sent by either 2nd Day, or Overnight.
The requested delivery day must be a business day; FedEx does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or legal holidays.
Our website does not allow orders to be shipped outside of the continental United States.
To ensure on-time delivery for holidays allow several extra days for the busy time of year.
The delivery dates are based on dates provided to us by UPS, FEDEX and USPS. If your package is shipped on time and does not arrive at its final destination on time due to a delivery problem with FedEx, UPS or USPS, Mindo Chocolate Makers cannot be held responsible for those shipments.
