Made in Michigan: Craft chocolate with a robust cacao crunch

From an age of stone-ground cacao, this coarser grinding technique results in a crunchier, more robust cacao bite.  Intensely earthy notes come hand-in-hand with more intensely fruity notes and inclusions inspired by traditional Aztec chocolate pairings.

We stone-grind the cocoa beans for less time, yielding a 70% dark chocolate that’s more intense in flavor with a fun crunchy texture.

We honor the history of chocolate by adding flavors that were originally made by Mayans and Aztecs.
