Our signature brownie - The original El Quetzal + Chili! The perfect traditional flavor combination of chocolate and a hint of chili……yum yum!
They're made with our own blend of gluten-free flour and the same delicious Mindo chocolate and organic ingredients. While we are not a certified gluten-free facility, these brownies are made in a kitchen where no other wheat products are used.
Ingredients: organic cane sugar, butter (milk), chocolate (cocoa beans, organic cane sugar), eggs, organic brown rice flour, organic oat flour, sea salt, hot pepper flakes.

El Quetzal is a beautiful bird that lives around Mindo, Ecuador and is also the name of our sister business El Quetzal de Mindo in Mindo, Ecuador. The town of Mindo is where we first had the intention of making a more delicious brownie, in turn leading to our discovery of how to make chocolate straight from the cacao pod.
