Temperature-Controlled Shipping Guarantee
We go to great lengths to ensure that your chocolates arrive in perfect condition, even during warmer months. By monitoring weather conditions for your area, using ice packs and insulated packaging, and occasionally delaying shipments, we aim to prevent any melting or damage. Should your chocolates arrive melted, we are happy to provide a replacement of the same item or a product of similar value. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled on an individual basis, considering the specific circumstances of your order. We offer refunds in several forms: as a digital gift card, an item of equal or greater value from our store, or a credit applied to your original payment method within seven to 10 business days.
We process refunds as quickly as possible. Digital gift cards and exchanges are generally issued immediately. For refunds to your bank or credit card, please allow up to 10 days for the funds to appear in your account.
