We do our absolute best to insure every order arrives at your door perfectly, and we understand every situation is unique and may fit outside our policy below. Mindo Chocolate Makers Return Policy
- We accept return requests for items that are unopened, unaltered, in original condition within 30 days of delivery date. The product(s) must be in their original packaging.
- We do not accept returns for items that have perished, gift cards, or events unless events have not yet occurred and 7 days notice has been given of refund request.
- If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within <30 days> of the date you received your item.
- Item returns that are shipped are at shipping expense of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
- Orders placed with an incorrect address or are received by us as “return to sender” will be reshipped at the expense of the customer.
Return policy on melted products: We offer the extra service to insulate and place ice packs in all orders for a charge. We recommend that all shipments to warm areas be packed with cool packs. We highly recommend all orders that are scheduled to be delivered on warm days are retrieved within 20 minutes of delivery time. All customers we ship to receive delivery updates by email and by text (optional), We are not responsible for melted products.
- We accept refund requests within 30 days of delivery date.
- Orders eligible for refunds must be one or more of the following:
- Expired or past date (Note: Our chocolate is made in small batches frequently and lasts over 12 months correctly stored or in its original packaging).
- Incorrectly stored products are ineligible for refund.
- Damaged upon arrival. Evidence of damage must be provided.
- Incorrect product(s) received in order
If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within <two weeks>. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
