By popular demand, we've adapted our original El Quetzal brownie recipe so our vegan friends can enjoy them too! They're made with our own blend of gluten-free oat flour and the same delicious Mindo chocolate and organic ingredients. You won't be able to tell the difference!
While we are not a certified gluten-free facility, these brownies are made in a kitchen where no other wheat products are used.
Ingredients: Gluten free oat flour, Mindo cocoa powder, organic cane sugar, Earth Balance soy free buttery sticks, 77% Mindo chocolate (cocoa nibs, organic sugar), aquafaba (chickpea water), vanilla extract (vanilla beans, vodka), sea salt, organic espresso powder.
