How Our Candied Orange Zest is Made!

Over the years, orange has overwhelmingly been one of our most requested flavors, which is why this delicious seasonal bar has joined our lineup for January of each year.
Here's how we make this bar:
We use Organic Valencia oranges for this bar, which we start by peeling.
We then simmer the peels in equal parts water and simple sugar until the zest is translucent.
The peels are then strained, sprinkled with organic cane sugar.
And the most important part! Once candied, the orange is carefully topped over our 77% dark chocolate!
