Recipe: El Quetzal Brownies

• 1 pound Mindo Baking Chocolate Chunks -- we love using the 77% or pure 100% chocolate, but any type will do!
• 1 pound of unsalted butter
• 1 1/4 cups of cane sugar
• 8 whole eggs
• 1 Tablespoon sea salt
• 4 oz Oat Flour
• 4 oz Rice Flour
Directions:
• Gently melt the chocolate, butter, and sea salt.
• Remove from heat and add in the sugar.
• Whisk in the eggs.
• Fold in the sifted flour
• Pour onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, and spread batter evenly. (13 x 9 inch sheet tray)
• Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for about 40-45 minutes. (Timing may vary based on the oven, we recommend checking 5 minutes early)
