Recipe: El Quetzal Brownies

Looking to make our world-famous El Quetzal Brownies at home?

Give it a try!

• 1 pound Mindo Baking Chocolate Chunks -- we love using the 77% or pure 100% chocolate, but any type will do!

• 1 pound of unsalted butter

• 1 1/4 cups of cane sugar

• 8 whole eggs

• 1 Tablespoon sea salt

• 4 oz Oat Flour

• 4 oz Rice Flour

Directions:

• Gently melt the chocolate, butter, and sea salt.

• Remove from heat and add in the sugar.

• Whisk in the eggs.

• Fold in the sifted flour

• Pour onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, and spread batter evenly. (13 x 9 inch sheet tray)

• Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for about 40-45 minutes. (Timing may vary based on the oven, we recommend checking 5 minutes early)
