Join us in our cozy retail café in downtown Ann Arbor for a one-of-a-kind chocolate tasting and learning experience. Discover the story behind Mindo Chocolate Makers—from our roots in Mindo, Ecuador, to the craft and care that go into every beautiful, unique, and complex chocolate bar we make today here in Michigan!

Through an engaging slideshow and guided tasting, we'll take you on the full journey of bean-to-bar chocolate. You'll learn how our small-batch craft chocolate is made using heirloom Nacional cacao sourced from organic, family-owned farms in Ecuador, explore what makes different chocolate percentages unique, and discover how origin, fermentation, roasting, and recipe all influence flavor.

People's Food Co-op is just around the corner.

Weekend parking is easy!
~Free parking is available in the lot directly across the street on Saturdays and Sundays.

Additional parking is available at:

Kerrytown Garage – 316 N Fourth Ave
Huron Street Garage – 301 E Huron St
Ann Street Lot – 151 W Ann St
Ashley Street Garage – 220 N Ashley St

We recommend arriving 10 minutes early (or even earlier if you'd like to browse our café and chocolate shop before class—there's plenty to explore!).

🎟️ TICKETS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Planning to bring a guest? Last-minute tickets may still be available on our website. Space is limited to 16 participants, so be sure to reserve in advance if possible.

Need to cancel?

72+ hours' notice: Full refund
24–72 hours' notice: We'll happily reschedule you for a future class.
Less than 24 hours' notice: Unfortunately, refunds are not available.
