Our Roots
Mindo, Ecudaor
Mindo, Ecuador is a town in the foothills of the Andes, where two of the most biologically diverse regions in the world meet. It’s also where our chocolate-making journey began. Cloud forest vitality continues to impact our mission — not only to enjoy excellent quality and flavor of chocolate, but to harness something incredible about pure, thriving life through the prism of cacao and other pure, simple, natural ingredients.

Our chocolate
Mindo Chocolate
With a deep connection to our sister store, El Quetzal de Mindo, we stay close to our cacao’s home. Our goal is for everyone in our cross-continental community to benefit from a deep connection to ingredients, process, and pride for our world-class chocolate. It’s for this reason that we work to make chocolate-making accessible to everyone through education.
