Order Processing

Most orders will be packed and handed over to the postal service in 4-6 business days.

 

Large or special orders may take longer to fulfill. Orders placed around holidays may also take longer.

 

We work hard to get your orders made as soon as possible. However, we make everything from scratch, by hand, and in small batches so we ask for your patience while we make your order. Please order ahead with this in mind. If you have a time constraint on your order, please put it in the order notes so we are aware and can communicate with you about timing. 

 

U.S. orders over $50 qualify for free shipping!

Orders will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified by the customer. USPS estimates that Priority Mail delivery times are 2-5 business days once shipped. Orders placed during holidays can expect an additional 2-5 days.

If there are postal issues after receiving package shipped/delivered notifications, please contact USPS first and then reach out to us if they do not have a satisfactory response.

Special shipping requests should be included in the order notes.
