In this fun and flavorful workshop, we’ll show you how bean-to-bar chocolate, ganache, and truffles are made—then turn the truffle-making fun over to you! Join us in the Mindo chocolate kitchen, and together we’ll craft our own delicious, personalized truffles using our small-batch artisan chocolate. It’s the perfect activity for a group of friends, coworkers, or anyone who wants to get creative in the kitchen together.
Our weekly Make Your Own Truffles classes are hosted every Sunday at our retail location at 206 N Fourth Ave, Ann Arbor MI. These are unique workshops, so feel free to sign up for just one date—or come back again to explore a new theme!
Details:
Up to 16 people of all ages per session. Suggested age is 10+. Parents and guardians bringing small children are kindly asked to momentarily step out of the presentation area if their child is unable to remain calm, so other guests’ experience is not disrupted.

Classes are held at our retail location. An email with helpful information and directions will be sent the week of your event. Cancellations require at least 72 hours' notice to receive a full refund. Cancellations within the 24–72 hour window before the class may be rescheduled for a different date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior are non-refundable.
