Our signature brownie is now gluten-free and so delicious! They are made with our own blend of certified gluten-free flour and the same delicious Mindo chocolate and organic ingredients. You won't be able to tell the difference!
While we are not a certified gluten-free facility, these brownies are made in a kitchen where no other wheat products are used.
Ingredients: organic cane sugar, butter (milk), Mindo Chocolate (cocoa beans, organic evaporated cane juice), local eggs, organic brown rice flour, organic oat flour, sea salt.
CONTAINS BUTTER (MILK). May contain tree nuts.
This brownie is named for the Quetzal which is a a bird in Mindo, Ecuador and also the name of our sister business El Quetzal de Mindo in Mindo, Ecuador also where we made our first El Quetzal brownies that led to our discovery of how to make chocolate...it was with the intention of making more delicious brownies.
