This coffee is from the very same farms that we source the coffee for El Quetzal in Mindo, Ecuador. Many of our customers who have visited our sister business in Ecuador asked if they could get the same coffee in the States, so we're now offering it online and at our Ann Arbor, MI shop. Freshly roasted in Dexter, Michigan. All of our coffee is lightly roasted to enhance it's natural fruitiness.
